TRANSFORMATION STRATEGIST COURSE PHASE 1

You will learn to  combine the innovative, perceptive, holistic insights and tools of coaching with the pragmatic [and systematic] skills of transformation  to guide strategic change/direction in the context of business and organizational needs focusing on vision, values, brand intent, continuous process improvement, leadership and team development

 

Course Purpose: Provide standardized academics to train YOU as an CPI Practitioner and Transformation Strategist.

 

At the end of this course you will be able to:

• Communicate what a transformation strategist is.

• Understand Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) tools and have the ability to use them

• Use and understand value stream mapping to improve processes and eliminate waste

• Use the 8 Step Problem Solving Model

• Apply the principles of Team Development

• Apply principles of Kotter’s 8 Step change Model

• Receive certification as a level 1 Transformation Strategist once requirements are met
