Arthur Tigney, M.A., LPC, NCC, Founder/President/Instructor

Arthur is an ordained minister, visionary, entrepreneur, consultant, and empowerment coach who received two Master Degrees from Oral Roberts University and is currently working on his dissertation in completion of his doctorate in Organizational Leadership with emphasis in Christian ministry at Grand Canyon University. He is a Licensed Professional and Nationally Certified Counselor, Coach and Consultant. Arthur has founded several organizations to include: New Destiny International, Tucson Bible College, Fit4Ministry, Kingdom Advancements and Kingdom Ecosystems Yielding Entrepreneur Success (KEYES) all which are designed to provide personal and corporate solutions to individuals, leaders, and their organizations. His most recent work “7 Points of Evaluation: A Guide to Unlocking the Greatness Within” is an e-Power book designed to catapult you to your next level!

 

In addition, Arthur, has served his country as an Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves where he has held numerous positions of leadership to include command of the 943 Mission Support Flight. His extensive background and expertise in the areas of leadership, staff development, process design, and lean principles has afforded him the opportunity to provide corporate training, consulting and coaching for organizations as diverse as the USAFR, psychiatric hospitals, and leading clergy from around the country.

 

He is known as an T4Mation Coach to entrepreneurs, pastors, and organizational leaders providing them with the tools to manage the expectations of key stakeholders as they “Maximize to Mobilize” (M2M).  His humorous, yet no nonsense approach will provoke personal change, create a fertile atmosphere for growth, empower people, and deal with difficult situations as he challenges each participant to move from a place of comfort to their own “Empowerment Zone” (EZ).

 

His T4Mation Coaching and past creative experience on television, radio, and the performing arts, on both local and national platforms only enhances his ability to reach a variety of audiences and “keep it real.” He and his wife Glenda share in the joy of their three daughters as they serve God and fulfill purpose by loving, educating, and empowering themselves, their family, and others to “live the life they were created to live.”
